    • Determine what we are keeping from existing house

    • Verify the as builds in the village match what is built and legalized

    • Prepare Plans for ARB Fast Track submission

    • Final submission of plans

    • Establish timeline for the project

    • Pull Permits

    • Research, interview, and select the construction team – Framers, Roofer, Electrician, Plumber, Hardscape, Finishers, Painters

    • Lead the kitchen design, cabinet/appliance selection

    • Select all materials like flooring, tile, stone, hardware, lighting fixtures and more

    • Manage correspondence with the team

    • Keep track of the budget and timeline

    • Work with Architect to adjust to existing site conditions

    • Address issues as they arise and communicate with client as needed

    • Handle all Village and Town inspections and certifications needed

    • Punch List

    • Issuance of the final C of O
